Epoch #2 by Chriss Johns was selected for publication and exhibit in Fiber Art Now, Excellence in Quilt Exhibition. The exhibition will be featured in the fall issue of Fiber Art Now and these works will be eligible for the onsite exhibition at the Texas Quilt Museum in La Grange, Texas, showing May 2 through August 31, 2024. https://www.fiberartnow.net

Color Improvisations 3: Neumunster, Germany
Color Improvisations 3 is a new, large major exhibition of 42 contemporary quilts curated by Nancy Crow in conjunction with the Tuch+Technik Textile Museum in Neumunster, Germany.
• Grand opening: March 15, 2024
• Exhibition dates: March 16-September 22, 2024
• An exhibition catalogue will be available.
• This special exhibition will travel to other venues in Germany, returning to the United States in March of 2025. The International Quilt Museum in Lincoln, NE will open the Color Improvisation III exhibition on March 7th, 2025.

Visions Art Museum’s Quilt Visions 2022 is the museum’s 23rd international juried exhibition. Exhibition jurors Sheila Frampton Cooper, Petra Fallaux and Lisa Walton’s selections exemplify art quilting at the highest level of quality, innovation, surface design techniques, excellence in composition, and craftsmanship.
Quilt Visions 2022 will be on display at Visions in San Diego, from October 15, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Festival Days will include workshops, lectures, artist meet and greets, receptions and other gatherings.

Art Quilt Elements Exhibition, Wayne, PA
2022
AQE 2022 was the 15th International Biennial Juried exhibition. A total of 179 artist applications were received representing countries from around the world. Seven hundred and eighty images were reviewed for inclusion into Art Quilt Elements 2020 from which 50 quilts were selected. Those works will be on display from March 27 through April 30, 2022 in the Davenport and Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Galleries. Read more…
